Warranty Policy
Full Manufacturer Warranty
Freedom Riders partners with the Riding Times brand, which offers a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects (excluding free gift accessories).
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and can only be transferred under these conditions:

The warranty period is still valid.

The new owner must have the original buyer's name, order number, and purchase receipt.

Wear Items (Not Covered)
Tires, NFC cards, bearings, brake pads, chains, freewheel hubs, grips, rubber moving parts, cables, spokes, cogs, worn-out screws, pedals, and drivetrain gears.

Covered Components & Exclusions
Frame

Coverage: 1-year replacement warranty (frame only, labor costs not included).

Exclusions: Corrosion, paint fading, scratches, impact damage, modifications (e.g., drilling/welding), chain guard damage.

Battery

Coverage: 6-month prorated warranty. Defective batteries will be repaired or replaced.

Exclusions: Accidents, abuse, misuse, improper storage, liquid exposure, physical/electrical stress, third-party modifications, serial number removal, and unapproved accessories.

Parts & Components

Coverage: Limited 1-year warranty.

Exclusions: Corrosion, cosmetic deterioration, labor costs, accidents, misuse, and unapproved accessories.

Warranty Claim & Shipping Process

Warranty Claim

Submit claims to info@free-domriders.com with proof of purchase and photographic/video evidence of the damaged component.

Freedom Riders will contact the manufacturer to cover replacement costs, except in cases of third-party modifications.

Damage During Shipping

Report damages within 7 days of receipt with photos/videos.

Free accessories are not eligible for replacement if scratched during transit.

Credit Card or PayPal Disputes

Filing a dispute invalidates the warranty until resolved.

Visual Evidence Requirement

No parts will be replaced without photographic or video proof.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Cost: $262.

Available only within the continental U.S. (Excludes Puerto Rico, Guam, Alaska, and Hawaii).

Delivery Time

Orders ship within 1-2 business days.

Transit time: 2-6 business days via FedEx Ground.

Tracking code provided upon shipment.

Return & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

Before Shipping: Free cancellation.

After Shipping: Subject to a $262 return shipping fee + 20% processing fee.

Order Modification

Before Shipping: No extra cost.

After Shipping: Contact support (modifications not guaranteed).

After Delivery: Subject to return policy fees.

Replacement & Returns

Product Defects: Free technical support and parts replacement (labor not included).

Shipping Damages: Free replacement parts/services (labor not included).

Critically Damaged Items: Free replacement or return.

Exclusions: Minor scratches, cosmetic damage, wear after 5 miles or 7 days post-delivery.

Return Conditions

Sealed Products: Return within 30 days for a $262 shipping fee + 20% restocking fee.

Opened Products (<5 miles of use): $262 shipping fee + 20% restocking fee.

Returned items must include: Original packaging, battery, charger, keys, and accessories.

Restocking fees may be adjusted based on item condition.

Refund Process

Refund issued after product condition inspection.

Delays may occur due to financial institution processing times.
