This plan provides Lifetime Limited Protection against eligible manufacturing defects and certain functional issues caused by normal use, subject to verification and the terms below.

To activate your Lifetime Helmet Warranty™, you must register your helmet within 15 days of the delivery date.

• Provide your Order Number
• Submit the helmet Serial Number (found inside the helmet label or on the box)
• Registration must be completed within 15 days to keep coverage active

What’s covered

Important exclusions

• Damage from crashes, impact, drops, or accidents
• Improper use, extreme misuse, racing use, or modifications
• Intentional cosmetic damage
• Normal aging and wear beyond what’s defined as “minor wear.”
• Products not purchased directly from our store
• Plans not activated due to missing registration within 15 days

How it works

1. Register your helmet within 15 days using your order number and serial number.
2. Contact our support team if an eligible issue occurs.
3. We review the claim and may request photos and/or an inspection.
4. At our discretion, we may repair, replace, or provide store credit.

All claims are subject to internal verification and approval. This plan is not insurance.
