Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after you make the purchase to return it.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be requested in advance, items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you detailed instructions and the return address. Please note that:

 

We do not provide return shipping labels

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, such as:

 

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

Custom or personalized products

Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have (following our return policy), and then make a new purchase separately once your return is approved.


Alternative Resolution (Partial Refunds)

For certain cases — especially international orders — we may offer a partial refund without requiring the item to be returned, as a more convenient and cost-effective solution. This is assessed on a case-by-case basis.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please keep in mind it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order that has already been paid but not yet processed, a 5% cancellation fee will be applied to cover payment processing costs.
This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
