HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

The shipping fee will be calculated and shown automatically before you complete your purchase. There are no hidden charges beyond what is presented at checkout.

WHERE DO WE DELIVER?

We offer worldwide shipping through our fulfillment centers located in different regions. Delivery time may vary depending on your location.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Orders typically require 1–3 business days to be processed and packed. After that, estimated delivery times are:

United States: 8–14 business days

International Orders: 10–15 business days

Please note: Delays may occur due to customs clearance, local postal services, or unforeseen logistics disruptions.

CAN I SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

At this time, we do not support split shipments. If you wish to send items to different addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.

DO YOU DELIVER TO PO BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

We do deliver to PO Boxes.

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to Military APO/FPO addresses at this time.

WILL I BE CHARGED VAT OR CUSTOMS FEES?

All orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means that:

Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

We do not collect these fees at checkout, and they are not included in your total.

For detailed information, please contact your local customs office.

Important: For countries like Canada, the UK, and EU members, customers typically will not face extra charges, as we frequently cover or pre-clear standard customs thresholds, but this is not guaranteed for every item.

CANCELLATION POLICY

ORDER ADJUSTMENTS & CANCELLATION

You may request changes or cancel your order by contacting info@free-domriders.com within 5 hours of placing your order.

Please note:

After 5 hours, the order is processed and sent to our suppliers, and cannot be altered or cancelled.

If you cancel your order within the allowed 5-hour window, a 5% processing/payment fee may be deducted, as it is non-refundable by the payment platform.

CHANGES ALLOWED WITHIN 5 HOURS:

Color or size changes (as long as no price variation occurs).

Removing items from an order that received promotional pricing, note that this may affect eligibility for the original promotion.
